Cassidy McClain is an Senior Account Manager at CanaleComm where she supports media and public relations initiatives across the life science sector. She uses storytelling, media relations and her inherent interest in healthcare innovation as fuel to share our client’s meaningful and impactful stories.
Cassidy came to CanaleComm from Allison and Partners, a global public relations agency where she supported media relations, social media, influencer campaigns and reputation management initiatives for a variety of clients in the medical device, health, education and public safety industries. She has fostered journalist relationships and secured coverage in a range of top-tier national, regional and trade media outlets including CNBC, U.S. News & World Report, USA Today, Real Simple, The San Diego Union-Tribune, San Diego Business Journal, Spokesman Review, East Bay Times, Mass Device, Medical Device & Diagnostic Industry, Health Line, among others.
Cassidy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism – Public Relations with a minor in International Studies from San Diego State University.
When she isn’t staying up-to-date on the latest industry media trends, Cassidy can be found in the yoga studio (either taking or teaching a hot class), outside enjoying nature or plotting her next travel plans.
